Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Webflow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

Disclaimer

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
